I got on the scales this morning and seem to have lost 2 pounds! and 1 cm off my waistline!! It must be the combination of the non ED dinner and drinks on Monday and then an almost fast yesterday, that's got my body shedding weight. It's happened before, I think the combination of high calories on one day and then one or 2 days low calories works for me.
Don't know about longer term, but just in time for Christmas.
So I'm back to losing 3 pounds total since starting this challenge. Can I get to 4 pounds by next Monday?
Yeah! Very well done you. 4 pounds by Monday? No problem at all - go for it! :o)I'm liking the idea of one high calorie day and two low. What ever works for you!
