challenge week 9 / halfway

Is this our final week Sue? the 31st seems like the perfect day to end this. No way have I lost those 7 lbs.
It's been an ongoing down and up again 3 lbs. Today down another pound, so that makes 2.
I know it's because I keep sabotaging my efforts with wrong food choices. I will really need to address this in the coming weeks, if I want to reach my - new - goal at the end of February.
I read somewhere that if you want to eat something sweet, you should rinse your mouth with mouthwash. I will have to start carrying a big bottle in my bag to work, as that's where I tend to snack the most.
Yesterday I took dinner to work, chicken & vegetable salad, but then couldn't resist the tiramisu dessert I saw in the restaurant. Thankfully I walked a lot yesterday and managed 2 10-minute workouts, so dropped a pound instead of gaining it. But I'm really getting fed up with these cravings.

Today will mostly be a copy of yesterday, cleaning the house a bit, making a shopping list for tomorrow, walking to work and hopefully fit in some 10 minute workouts again.

  1. The 31st sounds like a great place to finish our challenge Leoni - then we will have to look for a new goal for your trip to Australia! Perhaps the Meltdown Challenge will be enough? I am still at 10st 8lbs this morning - that's down 4 overall - so I am not complaining! Enjoy your day!
